I was going to say a little something about PTSD today, but this just so captured me that I couldn't help but share it. So maybe tomorrow.

Another gorgeous morning in Paradise! I love where I live. There's a very slight coolness to the breeze this morning but that will change throughout the day because it's just not the time of year to be too cool yet here in Florida.

I''m not having the usual sinus and allergy problems because I have one of these little beauties behind each ear. They just stick on like a postage stamp.

They are about the same length as a dime but not as wide as a dime. And they work!!! Don't know what I would do without them because I don't handle meds well. But these little things work with the energy of your body and they produce results. And it's amazing how quickly they work for me once I place them on.
The key to these little discs working to highest potential is placement and drinking plenty of water. The package tells you where to place it, and water... well we all have access to that. We need to be drinking lots of water anyway, whether we use the hologram discs or not. But this just helps me remember even better.

Happy Birthday to my hubby, Ron. We took a couple of the granddaughters out to lunch and shopping for Julia's birthday, which was a couple weeks ago. We had a very fun day, and it was a gorgeous day to be out and about. But we are a little worn out today so we are chilling around the house.

Crazy Little Hologram Discs

My husband's first encounter with hologram discs:

"I am a disabled VietNam veteran. I have shrapnel in my hip at the base of my spine. I have been on pain meds for the shrapnel and the arthritis that is developing around it for years. For at least the past 7 years I have been on Tramadol HCL 50mg 2 tablets 3 times per day for pain. 

Due to an error at the VA my last prescription was not refilled on time. When I called about it they told me it would be 7 - 10 days before I would receive it. I worried what I was going to do for the pain during this time.

We were shocked because I was never pain free. Even when taking six Tramadol a day it only dulled the pain somewhat, but it didn't get rid of the pain completely. I haven't taken a Tramadol since and as long as I am using my discs I am pain free. I went through a period of withdrawal from the Tramadol and couldn't believe what I had been doing to my body.
